This is a Zbrush VDM brush *.ZBP. Unzip to your zbrush, startup brushes folder or simply load it once you have zbrush open.

The pack contains 5 different realistic humanoid ear shapes.

Just click and drag to place the ears (with symmetry on).

Ears and hands are some of the most difficult and tedious forms to sculpt. And while not exactly the center piece of your work ears are a detail you can't do without. So after a long time sculpting characters I made a set of ears I use for my creations and would love to share them with you. So make your life easier so you can spend more time sculpting what you want instead of what you have to.
